Diana Haronis Hi and welcome to my website! I'm happy you stopped by. Here's a little bit about me and my work. As long as I remember I have been interested in photography, art and poetry. The magic of capturing a moment in time, whether that moment be a photograph, a fantasy image or a passing thought, intrigues me. Everywhere there is a unique passage, a magical moment waiting to be captured before it passes forever into eternity. That has been my path this time around; to explore the wonder and beauty of both the natural and mystical realms and recreate what I see in a medium that can be shared with others. I find my bliss in creating art of all kinds. I love exploring all that is mystical, creative and spiritual. Traveling to ancient places full of history and legends is something I greatly enjoy and I have been blessed to have visited many beautiful countries! The mystical inclinations of my soul have led me to explore many paths. At a very young age , I began to meditate and to study both eastern and western philosophy, astrology, numerology, tarot and dream interpretation. After receiving a diploma from the University of Metaphysics, I worked as a teacher and spiritual counselor for over 25 years. Many of my poems and articles have been published in magazines, books and newsletters. Naturally this spiritual influence is also reflected in my art, particularly my Soul Portraits and Healing Angels Collection. Photography, acrylics and oils are my main means of expression, however I enjoy exploring all types of mediums. My paintings and photographs can be purchased on line through my website, Fine Art America and Zazzle. Many of my photos are also available for licensing through Getty Images for whom I am a contributing photographer. Although my main focus currently is fine art photography and mysitcal art, I have also worked in the past as a photographer for special events, modeling shots and portraits. I love animals and am a big proponent of animal rights. I live in California with my husband and our three darling adopted dogs. I have a beautiful daughter and three precious granddaughters whom are not only bright blessings in my life but also my best models! ļ Thank you for visiting my website!
